I had my clutch and flywheel replaced on a DSG gearbox. Great Service from Start to finish. Very knowledgeable guys ,explained everything in detail.Reasonable price, and my car feels like new.I would definitely recommend.Thank you Mr Gearbox!
Didn't have any work done but had a really good experience speaking to them over the phone regarding a gearbox problem. They called me back within half and hour with a very reasonable quote.
Went here yo get a diagnostic for my gearbox, Staff were friendly and helpful. My complaints would be that £60 for a diagnostic which only consisted of plugging my car into a fault reader was quite expensive in my opinion also they refuse to use aftermarket parts even if I got my own and use there labour even if I understood there would be no guarantee for the part on their end. The guy helping me was nice enough and straight to the point.
My experience with this company is second to none. From the receptionist to the gearbox engineers, all the staff are polite & knowledgeable. If they don't know the answer, they don't guess (or make excuses) - they ask a fellow member of staff.If your vehicle has a gearbox issue, give them a call. Their knowledge is second to none & their prices are excellent for the service you receive.
After being recommended by my mates garage. First contact, helpful and emailed a quotation straight away, the detail of the quotation has left my worried wife reassured inregards to how expensive an automatic gearbox can cost to repair . Second contact, lady on the phone was very helpful and got us booked in straight away. From the reviews ve seen I feel confident :).
